If you are a company who’s Peppermint Essential Oil has been tested, you have been notified via e-mail, along with the attached GC/MS report with your results.

If you do not wish to make a statement, no action is required on your part.

If you wish to make a statement about the results, you have been asked to reply back to the e-mail with your comments. The deadline for this statement is 1:00pm EST Friday, October 11th.

If you dispute the Peppermint GC/MS test results, and want to re-test the original sample, please contact me before 1:00pm EST Friday, October 11th. If you agree to the following dispute resolution process, I would withhold publishing the results for your sample until the resolution process is completed.

Dispute Resolution: We would do a re-test of the original sample by a mutally agreed upon testing facility at your expense. If we cannot agree on a mutually acceptable facility by 1:00pm EST Friday, October 18th, we would both choose our own testing facility and have separate tests run on the original sample, at your expense. If the results of a mutually accepted test facility show ISO compliance, the original results would be discarded, and the new results would be published. In the event we went with two separate re-tests, the original and the two separate re-test results would be published.
