A few of you told me on our Facebook Page you would like me to do weekly giveaways. Consider this the first of many weeks of giveaways :D

I have the ebook version of this book - and I love it! Written by my teacher and mentor, Andrea Butje of Aromahead Institute, you will find recipes you can trust for all areas of your life: your health, your home, your skin.

Before getting to the recipes, Andrea introduces you to aromatherapy - an important part many books lack. Many consumers are just told certain oils are for certain conditions without being armed with the knowledge about how to use them safely. Essential oils are super potent and because they are as effective as pharmaceuticals, you really need to know how to use them. Andrea educates you so you can begin using them with confidence.

This book also includes the oils you should start out with, carrier oil options, and other supplies you might want to have on hand.

The next section is on blending techniques and dilution standards. It is very important to know how much to dilute so you don’t apply too much.

Lots of good tips throughout, and many recipes to boot! This is a very good tool for a very reasonable price.

  1. Thank you so much. I’m not picky - I’ll take either! A paperback is easier for looking things up - but I have a slew of aromatherapy ebooks as well!
