As you may remember from the Tea Tree Oil test results we published, two samples came back “not in compliance” with ISO standards.
Plant Therapy was one of them.
As you can read in their response to the results, they are committed to providing a high quality product, and were shocked by the results. Proving this, they pulled all of their Tea Tree inventory off their website and amazon until they could obtain a new batch - at great cost to their business (many times greater than originally estimated).
They also insisted we re-test a bottle from the new batch they obtained, at their own expense, which we did.
The response to their integrity was overwhelming! You can read some of the positive comments on their response post.
The results of the 3rd party testing revealed this new batch of Tea Tree essential oil to be “In Compliance.”

Way to go, Plant Therapy! Show your support for their strong business principles by purchasing your essential oils directly from their website, or even through amazon.
